An amazing vintage skirt with lovely tropical hibiscus floral design that wraps around the entire skirt. pleats at the front and darted at the back for a very form fitted look. Size and type of fabric have long been washed away, though there doesn’t appear to be any fading to the black or the floral colors vibrant and beautiful.
