DOES NOT come with the bottom piece you will have to purchase that separately ( as shown in the picture & also circled it red on another picture ) also in the photos shows where one end of the part near the charge is damaged but it still connects to the plastic part of the stethoscope but comes out but I’m sure you can put something to hold it in but the other side nothing wrong with it it’s good condition just the one side as shown in the pictures other than that works good & turns on as shown in the pictures as well
