Acanthus Leaf Tapestry Border Fabric
The acanthus leaf design is often used to put borders on tapestries. Predominantly brown with deep turquoise and cream. Unfinished edges.
Made in Italy. No fiber content marked, likely cotton. Overall 7⅜” wide. Hemmed width can be from 4¼” to 6½” wide.
A narrower border fabric in this design is also listed, as well as a similar even narrower.
Can be used for your decorating projects ... bordering a tapestry, curtain tie backs, pillows ...
This is “new old stock” and has been in climate controlled storage for 25+ years.
