Vintage Reichenbach German Democratic Republic Fine China Vase Echt Kobalt &Gold
With the marking on the bottom, age is between 1968-1989.
Fine dark cobalt blue with gold accents. Rose design on both sides.
In excellent condition, no chips, cracks, very little wear noted on top rim, see photos.
V.E.B. Porzellanwerk Reichenbach (1968 until 1990)
The company was nationalized in 1968 and at first became a branch of the V.E.B. Porzellankombinat Kahla which ran the Reichenbach factory under the designation 'Werk XI' before it finally became part of the newly-founded Porzellanfiguren Gräfenthal combine in 1972.
