This item is brand new! I purchased it for my 11 year old son for Christmas, but once he received an oculus from his grandfather for Christmas he never gave the tablet a chance, he likes old fashioned drawing, this is too advanced for him. He did open the box to see what it was and being 11 opened the box on the wrong side, but it still closes fully and the tablet is in perfect condition!
