This is the official exhibition catalog for the large-scale solo exhibition of Yuto Samukawa, a rising contemporary artist born in the Heisei era, who is holding his first solo exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo. The catalog reveals his diverse activities, from two-dimensional works to large-scale installations, video works, and sculptures. It explores the perspectives, ideas, and philosophies that run through his work, from his representative "White Painting" series (2017-) and "Wilderness of Good and Evil" (2017) to his latest works, such as the large-scale new installation "Sea Garden."
