This is a Rocky Mounts quick-release front bicycle rack mount meant for a bike rack on your vehicle or really anywhere you want to attach your bike. I got this because I intended to bolt it to my rear bike rack so when I wanted to transport another bike home from the shop I volunteer at I could just remove the front wheel, attach the forks to this mount, and the bike would follow me home. I stole the idea from a coworker at the shop who does this regularly. Well I never got around to it, plans change, as you know. Good condition.
