Small Ceramic floral pitcher

This is a beautiful small pitcher & plate set. The material is ceramic. I am not sure of the brand, it's possibly mass produced or handmade but appears to be vintage. There are some marks that appear to be from the process of making it. It definitely is not heat safe but could be used for cold liquids or decorative purposes.
