Why they have to go and make Splinter so creepy. Another find out of the TMNT toy box in played with condition is Creepy Crawling Splinter. He appears to be missing a knee pad. His right foot is attached but appears to have broken off at one point in time. He still winds up and it seems to wiggle a bit. Check out his close ups.
